Do you want or need to work on balance? This 55 minute gentle yoga class will have you moving and giving yourself an invitation to move towards balanced in your body and mind.
We’ll find ourselves on our feet many times in this practice, and it may be a tad on the faster paced side. We’ll explore poses that test our balance like crescent lunge, half lotus tree, and warrior three. We’ll also explore wonderful hip openers like pigeon pose.
Finding balance is not about flipping a switch and being where you want to be. Finding balance is about unblocking the dam that’s keeping you where you are, unmoved.
