It can be challenging to keep ourselves open, or even to open up at all- especially when we’re feeling stuck, shut down, or low energy. This 55 minute class is about allowing yourself to open up. Use this practice to help you observe your own measure of how closed/open you feel and notice how it might shift and change throughout the practice. I bet you’ll be surprised how a little time for yourself with this tender intention will ease the armor you carry.
