Do you ever crave more yoga in your day but feel like an hour isn’t always practical for you? I face this quite often which is why I put together a more gentle 30 minute yoga practice. In this practice we’ll work to open up, especially focusing on the side bodies and the place around our heart. We’ll stretch through the shoulders, twist, find some energizing heart openers, and then end with an intention setting savasana (final resting pose).
