We all need a reset button from time to time! But it’s often during the times that we really cannot take a break from our lives that we need that reset the most. This is when self care, slowing down, and tuning deep within becomes even more important.
This practice is going to act like a bit huge red reset button for your mind- or at least I hope it does. This 60 minute practice is a moving hip opening flow, with a large portion being on on our feet! We’ll expand into the space around us, exploring our foundation, playing with balances, move into all the tight areas through side opening, twists, and folds. It has a little bit of everything! This way we can let go of our mind and settle back into a place that is quieter and more spacious once we move into slower holds towards the end of the practice.
