I am a huge book lover. I kind of collect books- although I have surely slowed that down since moving 6 times in the last few years! Ha, when you have more boxes for books than any other category in your life… well, personally I think you’re doing something right- BUT it got really tiring storing them all.
But seriously- reorganizing my book shelf is on of my absolute favorite things to do. I love using the color spectrum to arrange them- and even love to use the color spectrum for specific categories like cook books, or yoga books (I’m a yoga teacher), or my most favorite non-fiction books, etc.
I’m also going to admit that it’s taken me a bit longer than the average millennial to embrace e-books. Now that I’ve got my own iPad I’m way more on board, and I absolutely love renting books through apps live Overdrive and Hoopla through my local library! But a love for real tangible books goes beyond a love to read. In fact I’m probably one of those people who’d rather have books around- even if I haven’t read them. I just love being surrounded by books!
It’s taken me sometime to finally share an episode of the podcast where I discuss several of my favorite GO TO books! I’ll be honest there was no theme here. I’ve got a handful of books that have inspired me as a yoga teacher, books by my favorite fiction author, my favorite fiction book to share with others, and several go to books that you can pick up at anytime.
Should I list them here? Comment if you think so! Otherwise just tune in to the episode below or wherever you get your podcasts!
